Warranty for hair dryer​

Amurhey provides a limited warranty for the Velofold hair dryer for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, private, non-commercial use. The warranty covers the main unit of the hair dryer as well as the accompanying accessories—specifically, the nozzle attachments included in the original packaging.

During the warranty period, Amurhey or one of its authorized service providers will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component free of charge.

● Damage caused by accidents, improper use, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use.

● Damage caused by operation with incorrect voltage, improper maintenance, or failure to follow product instructions.

● Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration.

● Consumable parts not supplied by Amurhey (e.g., third-party attachments).

● Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or dealers.

● Products without a valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via the official Amurhey website and provide the following information:

● A copy of your dated original proof of purchase.

● A clear description of the problem.

If the issue is covered by this warranty, you will receive instructions for returning the product. All shipping costs for warranty returns will be covered by Amurhey in accordance with the prescribed procedure.

This warranty is valid only in countries where the Amurhey Velofold is officially distributed. It is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Any implied warranties—including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Amurhey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
